Warranty

The Garden Tower 2™ is an extremely well built gardening system!  It weighs over 16kg and is very durable. It comes with a 5-year manufacturer's warranty against defective parts.

Absolutely DO NOT place caster wheels directly in the feet of a Garden Tower 2™ or unwarranted damage will occur (there must be a structure to keep the caster wheels from pulling the feet away from the base of the tower).  See our Premium Caster Wheel Kit in the store.

If you are having an issue with your Garden Tower® related to the parts, please contact us by email .  We will replace any and all parts necessary at no cost to you subject to a fair use policy!
